2. Service Description

AI Accessibility provides professional website accessibility analysis services. Our service includes:

  • Comprehensive WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA compliance analysis
  • Real browser testing with screenshots (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Accessibility score (0-100) with detailed category breakdown
  • Code-level fixes with before/after examples
  • Implementation roadmap with effort estimates
  • Legal compliance assessment (ADA, Section 508, EU Directive)
  • PDF report delivered via email within 24 hours

3. Pricing and Payment

One-Time Payment: $29 USD per website analysis

Payment Method: Credit/Debit Card via Stripe

Currency: USD

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices include applicable taxes.

4. Order Process

How the service works:

  1. Enter your website URL and email address
  2. Complete payment via Stripe
  3. Receive immediate payment confirmation
  4. Analysis begins automatically
  5. PDF report delivered to your email within 24 hours
  6. Satisfaction survey sent 7 days after delivery

5. Delivery

Your accessibility report will be delivered via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The report includes:

  • Comprehensive PDF report (30-50 pages)
  • Screenshots from real browser testing
  • Detailed issue listings with code examples
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Secure download link valid for 90 days

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. However:

Important: By requesting immediate service delivery (within 24 hours), you expressly agree to begin the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the complete report has been delivered.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before report delivery, contact us at michal@mkurri.cz and we will issue a full refund.

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Before report delivery: Full refund available upon request
  • Technical failures: Full refund if we cannot deliver the report within 48 hours
  • Quality issues: Refund or reanalysis if the report does not meet the described service standards
  • After delivery: No refunds for change of mind after report has been delivered

To request a refund, contact michal@mkurri.cz with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

8. Service Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

  • Analysis covers publicly accessible pages only
  • Password-protected areas cannot be analyzed
  • Dynamic content may not be fully captured
  • Analysis is based on WCAG 2.1 standards at time of testing
  • Report provides guidance, not legal advice
  • Implementing fixes is the website owner's responsibility

9. Intellectual Property

The accessibility report provided is for your use only. You may:

  • Use the report internally within your organization
  • Share with your development team and contractors
  • Implement the recommended fixes

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the report
  • Use our analysis methods for commercial purposes
  • Claim the report as your own work

10. Complaints and Support

If you experience any issues with our service:

  • Describe the issue with relevant details
  • We will respond within 48 hours
  • Issues will be resolved within 14 days

11. Liability

AI Accessibility provides analysis and recommendations in good faith. We are not liable for:

  • Legal consequences of implementing or not implementing recommendations
  • Accessibility issues not identified in the analysis
  • Changes to your website after the analysis date
  • Third-party services or tools mentioned in the report

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($29 USD).

12. Data Protection

Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in Czech courts.
